This order from Miss Mosa was very special to me since I actually had some hiccups with delivery and most of it happened due to a mishap that occured due to my maid who recieved my delivery and did not give all the items delivered into my hands. The team at Ms Mosa were super accommodating and even send me a video of the CCTV of my clothes being packed into a box which then helped me uncover the fault with my maid who later confessed to taking one of the items. She said she thought it was not mine and was delivered by mistake and took it home which strenghtened my case and removed her from work btw. I have to however mention that I might have lost my patience with the team thinking that the item was not delivered from their end but they kept their cool the entire time. They were simply amazing. Loved their customer services. The quality of the clothes were super good too. Will definately order again, not just coz of the quality of product but for their professional services too.
I was very skeptical and scared to order because it was my first time trying this app but when I received it, the quality, the fitting, the material, everything was perfect. When the product is so good we can’t complain about the prices. Cannot be more satisfied and happy.
