Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are accepted on all products except intimate wear (swimwear and lingerie).

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags.

• Only one exchange/return per order is allowed.

• Exchanges are issued as Store Credit (Gift Card), valid for 13 months.

• Items bought with Store Credit cannot be exchanged or returned again.

• Products not meeting QC standards will be returned to you.

How to Apply

1. Go to our Return/Exchange Portal.

2. Enter your Order Number and registered email/contact.

3. Select the item, reason, and upload images (mandatory for defective/incorrect products).

4. Choose Store Credit as the refund option.

5. Submit your request.

   • Requests are approved/rejected within 24–48 hours.

   • Once approved, pickup happens in 1–3 working days.

   • Store Credit will be issued 2–3 working days after pickup (minus ₹100 reverse pickup charge).

Note: Please take a photo/video while handing over the parcel to the courier as proof in case of disputes. Only hand over the specific item for which pickup is arranged.

• Reverse pickup fee: ₹100 (deducted from store credit).

• If your request is rejected at QC, you may contact us on WhatsApp for clarification.

• If your package shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received it, notify us within 3 days. Courier companies do not accept complaints beyond 72 hours.

1. Order Processing & Dispatch

• Same-day dispatch: Orders placed before 1:00 PM IST (Monday–Saturday) are shipped the same day.
• Orders placed after 1:00 PM IST are dispatched the next business day.
• Our warehouse operates Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
• Preorder items: If an item is marked as Preorder, the estimated dispatch timeline will be clearly mentioned on the Product Detail Page (PDP).

• Standard delivery time: 0–4 business days, depending on your location.
• Delhi NCR Express Option: At checkout, customers in Delhi NCR may opt for Next-Day Delivery (subject to serviceable pin codes).
• Shipping cost: Standard shipping is free across India. Express/NCR next-day delivery charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout.
• Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for orders up to INR 10,000, with a flat fee of ₹150 per order.
• Tracking details are shared via SMS, Email, and WhatsApp once your order is shipped.

4. “Shows Delivered but Not Received”

• If tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package, please inform us within 3 days (72 hours) of the delivery update.
• As per courier company policies across India, no complaints can be raised after 72 hours of marked delivery.
• Miss Mosa will not be liable for claims made beyond this timeline.
