RETURN & EXCHANGE

At Miss By Akanksha, we want your shopping experience to be smooth and joyful. While we take great care to deliver high-quality products, we understand that sometimes fit or fabric preferences may differ. That’s why we offer easy returns and exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order.


Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are accepted on all products except intimate wear (swimwear and lingerie).

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags.

  • Only one exchange/return per order is allowed.

  • Exchanges are issued as Store Credit (Gift Card), valid for 13 months.

  • Items bought with Store Credit cannot be exchanged or returned again.

  • Products not meeting QC standards will be returned to you.


Return Policy

  • Returns are issued as Store Credit (Gift Card), valid for 13 months.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.


How to Apply

  1. Go to our Return/Exchange Portal.

  2. Enter your Order Number and registered email/contact.

  3. Select the item, reason, and upload images (mandatory for defective/incorrect products).

  4. Choose Store Credit as the refund option.

  5. Submit your request.

    • Requests are approved/rejected within 24–48 hours.

    • Once approved, pickup happens in 1–3 working days.

    • Store Credit will be issued 2–3 working days after pickup (minus ₹100 reverse pickup charge).

Note: Please take a photo/video while handing over the parcel to the courier as proof in case of disputes. Only hand over the specific item for which pickup is arranged.


Important Points

  • Reverse pickup fee: ₹100 (deducted from store credit).

  • If your request is rejected at QC, you may contact us on WhatsApp for clarification.

  • If your package shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received it, notify us within 3 days. Courier companies do not accept complaints beyond 72 hours.

SHIPPING POLICY

At Miss Mosa, we are committed to ensuring your orders reach you quickly and securely. Please review our shipping policy below.


1. Order Processing & Dispatch

  • All items are shipped within 24 hours of order placement (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).

  • Our warehouse operates six days a week for faster fulfillment.

  • If an item is marked as Preorder, the expected dispatch timeline will be clearly mentioned on the Product Detail Page (PDP) at the time of purchase.


2. Domestic Shipping (India)

  • Standard delivery time: 0–4 business days, depending on your location.

  • Shipping is free of charge for all domestic orders.

  • Express shipping may be available for select locations at an additional cost.

  • Upon dispatch, tracking details will be shared via SMS, Email, and WhatsApp.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for orders up to INR 10,000.


3. “Shows Delivered but Not Received”

  • If the tracking status shows “Delivered” but you have not received the package, please inform us within 3 days (72 hours) from the marked delivery date via email or WhatsApp.

  • As per updated courier company policies across India, no complaints can be raised after 72 hours of delivery status.

  • Miss Mosa shall not be held liable if the delay in notifying us exceeds this timeline.


4. International Shipping

  • We currently offer international shipping via Aramex and other reputed carriers.

  • Delivery timelines: 10–18 working days after dispatch (subject to destination country and customs clearance).

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination, order volume, and weight.

  • Orders are shipped from India. Custom duties, taxes, and import charges applicable in the destination country are to be borne by the recipient.

  • Miss Mosa cannot estimate customs charges in advance and holds no liability for non-payment or refusal by the consignee.

  • Any uncollected parcels due to consignee refusal will not be eligible for a refund.


5. Delays & Exceptions

While we work with leading courier partners (DTDC, Blue Dart, Delhivery, Ecom Express, and Aramex), unforeseen circumstances such as:

  • Weather conditions,

  • Public holidays,

  • Customs processes, or

  • Courier delays
    may occasionally affect delivery times. In such cases, we will keep you informed proactively.
