Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are accepted on all products except intimate wear (swimwear and lingerie).

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags.

• Only one exchange/return per order is allowed.

• Exchanges are issued as Store Credit (Gift Card), valid for 13 months.

• Items bought with Store Credit cannot be exchanged or returned again.

• Products not meeting QC standards will be returned to you.

Return Policy

• Returns are issued as Store Credit (Gift Card), valid for 13 months.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

How to Apply

1. Go to our Return/Exchange Portal.

2. Enter your Order Number and registered email/contact.

3. Select the item, reason, and upload images (mandatory for defective/incorrect products).

4. Choose Store Credit as the refund option.

5. Submit your request.

   • Requests are approved/rejected within 24–48 hours.

   • Once approved, pickup happens in 1–3 working days.

   • Store Credit will be issued 2–3 working days after pickup (minus ₹100 reverse pickup charge).

Note: Please take a photo/video while handing over the parcel to the courier as proof in case of disputes. Only hand over the specific item for which pickup is arranged.

Important Points

• Reverse pickup fee: ₹100 (deducted from store credit).

• If your request is rejected at QC, you may contact us on WhatsApp for clarification.

• If your package shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received it, notify us within 3 days. Courier companies do not accept complaints beyond 72 hours.

At Alamode, we ensure that all our items are Ready to dispatch and ship within 24-48 hours.

Our warehouse processes orders from Monday to Saturday.

Once an order is shipped, it typically takes 3-7 working days (depending on your location) to reach you via regular shipping, which is free of charge. If you need your order faster, we also offer express shipping for ₹300, delivering within 1-3 working days in major cities of India.

Upon dispatch, you will receive tracking details via WhatsApp, SMS, and email to keep you updated. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for orders up to a maximum value of INR 10,000 per order.

In the rare case that an item mentions PREORDER in the description, it will be shipped within 3-5 working days.

SHOWS DELIVERED BUT NOT RECEIVED

You are requested to track your package when it shows delivered on your email or sms. As per the recent update in courier companies policies throughout India, you are required to inform us within 3 days if your package isn’t delivered and shows delivered in the tracking for us to help you with the same. The courier company is not accepting any complaints post 72 hours marked delivery, and we will not be liable if there is delay in informing from your end.

SHIPPING IN INDIA

• We use premium courier services of DTDC, BlueDart, Ecom and Delhivery.
• We cannot be held accountable for unforeseen weather conditions, custom clearance processes, and courier company caused delay in delivery time. However, we will ensure to keep you well informed incase of any unforeseen delay with your order. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

• International Shipping is now being offered by Alamode! We are shipping internationally via Aramex.
• For International Shipping, Please use Cashfree payment gateway at checkout.
• The shipping charges depend on your country of purchase and order volume & weight and will be calculated at checkout.
• Please allow 10-18 working days for International Orders to reach after they have been shipped.
• Alamode cannot be held responsible for any parcel that is not collected by the consignee.
• Orders are shipped from India and any import duties and taxes charged when the parcel reaches the destination country, must be paid by the recipient. We cannot estimate the value of duties and have no control over these charges as customs policies vary from country to country.
