At Miss Mosa, we want your shopping experience to be smooth and joyful. While we take great care to deliver high-quality products, we understand that sometimes fit or fabric preferences may differ. That’s why we offer easy returns and exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order.
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are accepted on all products except intimate wear (swimwear and lingerie).
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags.
- Only one exchange/return per order is allowed.
- Exchanges are issued as Store Credit (Gift Card), valid for 13 months.
- Items bought with Store Credit cannot be exchanged or returned again.
- Products not meeting QC standards will be returned to you.
Return Policy
- Returns are issued as Store Credit (Gift Card), valid for 13 months.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
How to Apply
- Go to our Return/Exchange Portal.
- Enter your Order Number and registered email/contact.
- Select the item, reason, and upload images (mandatory for defective/incorrect products).
- Choose Store Credit as the refund option.
- Submit your request.
Requests are reviewed within 24–48 hours.
Once approved, pickup happens in 1–3 working days.
Store Credit will be issued 2–3 working days after pickup (minus ₹100 reverse pickup charge).
Note: Please take a photo/video while handing over the parcel to the courier as proof in case of disputes. Only hand over the specific item for which pickup is arranged.
Important Points
- Reverse pickup fee: ₹100 (deducted from store credit).
- If your request is rejected at QC, you may contact us on WhatsApp for clarification.
- If your package shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received it, notify us within 3 days (72 hours). Courier companies do not accept complaints beyond this period.

SHIPPING POLICY
At Miss Mosa, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly, safely, and transparently across India.
1. Order Processing & Dispatch
- Same-day dispatch: Orders placed before 1:00 PM IST (Monday–Saturday) are shipped the same day.
- Orders placed after 1:00 PM IST are dispatched the next business day.
- Our warehouse operates Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
- Preorder items: If an item is marked as Preorder, the estimated dispatch timeline will be clearly mentioned on the Product Detail Page (PDP).
2. Domestic Shipping (India)
- Standard delivery time: 0–4 business days, depending on your location.
- Delhi NCR Express Option: At checkout, customers in Delhi NCR may opt for Next-Day Delivery (subject to serviceable pin codes).
- Shipping cost: Standard shipping is free across India. Express/NCR next-day delivery charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for orders up to INR 10,000, with a flat fee of ₹150 per order.
- Tracking details are shared via SMS, Email, and WhatsApp once your order is shipped.
3. Courier Partners
We ship all orders through trusted delivery partners:

- Shadowfax
- DTDC
- Blue Dart
This ensures faster, safer, and trackable deliveries across India.
4. “Shows Delivered but Not Received”
- If tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package, please inform us within 3 days (72 hours) of the delivery update.
- As per courier company policies across India, no complaints can be raised after 72 hours of marked delivery.
- Miss Mosa will not be liable for claims made beyond this timeline.
5. Delays & Exceptions
While we aim to deliver within the promised time, occasional delays may occur due to:
- Weather conditions
- Public holidays
- Courier disruptions
In such cases, we will keep you informed proactively.
